Aloha, I am Kristen but my friends call me "KT". I have lived on the Big Island of Hawai'i since 2003. I was a social worker here for nearly 12 years. I then had the opportunity to purchase an online magazine company for our island called Big Island Pulse. Our team consists of 10 dedicated and passionate people who help support locally owned businesses and share all the good and positive stories and events right here on the island of Hawai'i witrh you. For nearly 2 decades I have also been involved in purchasing land, watching the real estate market, and working with local builders to create affordable housing opportunities.
